Payment
• We charge 30 to 60 per cent advance depending on the availability,
quantity and demand of the products on the supplier’s side and buyer’s
side.
• The rest of the payment to be made before dispatch of the products from
our premises.
Returns
- We can provide a sample if buyers want, depending on the specifications ofbuyers send to us or on prior agreements made with them. If the sample isnot able to make the desired specification, they have the right to reject/cancel the order. +5% or -5% tolerance value have to be accepted.
- Once the sample is accepted and the order is final and after dispatchingfrom our company premises no complain regarding products will be entertained by us.
- Buyers can hair any third party or can be able to send their personals at the time of preparation or loading of container to check the quality.
- Delivery time will depend on the availability and demand of the products in relative markets.
You Agree That
- In the event of a non-delivery on account of a mistake made by you (for example, a wrong delivery address), any extra cost incurred by K2 International for the remediation of the issue will be claimed from you.
- You will use our products and services for lawful purposes, and you will comply with all the necessary regulations while transacting on our website.
